Work

Software you can open, not screenshots you have to trust.

Every system below is live and public. Click through, use them, and judge the engineering yourself. That is a harder standard than a case study PDF, which is why we prefer it.

01
Document intelligence and quoting

Sawyer Priceleaf

Quote intelligence for nutraceutical and supplement manufacturing, where a request for pricing arrives as a spreadsheet, a PDF, or a paragraph of email and has to become a structured, costed quote.

02
Search and catalog systems

Rubber Machinery Exchange

An independent marketplace for used, surplus, and hard to source process equipment, where listings arrive unstructured and buyers search in language that never matches the spec sheet.

03
Research workspaces

EquinAtlas

A workspace for organizing horse records, pedigrees, and observations into something a person can actually reason over across generations of data.

Industrial operations

DPA Machinery and Appraisals

Machinery sales, appraisals, and solutions for rubber, plastic, and polymer processing, built with the vocabulary and workflow of the people who do the appraising.

How to read this page

Honest attribution.

These systems were built inside the Gallimore Enterprises portfolio, which is the same engineering group behind Model Foundry. Several were delivered for clients and several are properties we own and operate ourselves.

We do not publish client performance metrics we have not been given permission to share, and we do not put logos on this site to imply endorsements nobody offered. If you want specifics about a system, ask in your brief and we will tell you what we are able to tell you, including where a project was harder than expected.

Recurring problems

What these systems have in common.

Different industries, same four problems underneath.

Document intelligence

Turning a scanned specification, an emailed PDF, or a spreadsheet nobody has standardized into structured records a system can price, route, and audit.

Retrieval and search

Making an unstructured catalog findable in the language buyers actually use, rather than the vocabulary of whoever wrote the listing.

Domain data modelling

Records, relationships, and lineage modelled the way practitioners think about them, so the software matches the job instead of fighting it.

Operational workflow

Getting the output into the place where the decision is made, with the permissions, review step, and audit trail that a real operation requires.

Does one of these look like your problem?

If the shape is familiar, the work usually is too. Send the brief and we will tell you how close the fit really is.
